Export meetings from shared mailbox calendars to CSV
Pick the calendars you can read, choose a date range, and download one row per meeting (name, date/time, description, attendees, recurrence) as a CSV or a readable HTML page. A recurring meeting is listed once. Runs in this browser tab with your own sign-in; nothing is sent anywhere except Microsoft Graph.
1. Pick calendars
Microsoft can't list the shared mailboxes you have access to, so add each one by its email address. Calendars already shared to you in Outlook appear below automatically.

2. Date range
Defaults to the last 3 months. Times are shown in .
3. Pick columns
Used for the CSV and the preview. The HTML page always shows every field.
Notes
- A recurring meeting becomes one row. Date/time is its first occurrence inside the range; Recurrence describes the whole series; attendees and description come from the series invite. Occurrences in range says how many times it fell in the range.
- The same meeting on more than one selected calendar is merged into one row; the Calendar column lists them all.
- You only get what your account can already read. Private items in a calendar you don't have full rights to may come back without details.
- Descriptions are plain text and include any Teams join boilerplate from the invite.
